Welcome to Oakley Greens. By accessing or using our website at https://oakleygreens.com or visiting our physical venue at 3065 Vandercar Way, Cincinnati, OH 45209, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree to any part of these terms, please don't use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if younger. Some services on this site (gift cards, alcohol purchases, certain bookings) require you to be 18 or 21 — see the specific service for age requirements.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the site by automated means
  • Using the site to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonating Oakley Greens or any other person or entity

3. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations made through our website or our booking partner (ReserveWithRex) are subject to our reservation policies, including but not limited to:

  • A 20% gratuity is added to every reservation, plus applicable state and federal taxes
  • Only bar purchases count toward the reservation minimum (food and golf are separate)
  • Catering must be pre-ordered at least 5 days before your reservation
  • Cancellation policies vary — please check your confirmation email

4. House Rules

When visiting our venue, you agree to follow our posted house rules, including:

  • Must be 21+ to consume alcohol; valid government-issued ID required
  • 21+ on Fridays and Saturdays after 9 PM
  • Minors under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • No outside food or beverages (cakes and cupcakes for special occasions are an exception)
  • Dogs are welcome outside on a leash; not permitted indoors
  • Smoking only in designated areas outside the property fencing

Oakley Greens reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the premises who violates these rules.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with several third-party services, including:

  • Toast (gift cards and payment processing)
  • ReserveWithRex (online reservations)
  • Noble Chicken (food ordering)
  • Google (Maps, Analytics, fonts)
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X)

Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Oakley Greens is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, graphics, design, and code — is the property of Oakley Greens or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oakley Greens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on this site, although we try our best to keep everything correct and up to date.

8. Mini-Golf and Activity Disclaimers

Activities at our venue (mini-golf, soccer cage, playground, etc.) are undertaken at your own risk. Putters are intended for hitting golf balls only — misuse will result in confiscation and revoked mini-golf privileges.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
